Terms and Conditions
1. Age Requirement. Member/Participants of all our services/activities need to be 18 years of age and above.
2. Members' Integrity & Behaviours. Singles Delight (www.singlesdelight.com) will not be responsible for the integrity and behaviours of all members/participants of all its services, activities and events. Member/Participant understand that they will have to exercise their own discretion when making friends through Singles Delight's services, activities and events.
3. Terms. This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you
use the website and/or is a member. You may terminate your membership at any
time, by deleting your profile from www.singlesdelight.com. Even after your membership is terminated, this Agreement will
remain in effect.

You understand and agree that Singles Delight (www.singlesdelight.com) may review and delete any content, messages,
photographs or profiles (collectively, "Content") that in the sole judgement
of Singles Delight violate this Agreement or which might be offensive,
illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of
members.

Your profile must describe you, an individual person.
Examples of inappropriate profiles include, but are not limited to, profiles
that purport to represent an animal, place, inanimate object, fictional
character, or real individual who is not you.

You are solely responsible for the content that you
publish or display (hereinafter, "post") on the service, or transmit to
other members.

By posting content to any public area of
www.singlesdelight.com, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant
that you have the right to grant, to Singles Delight an irrevocable,
perpetual, non-exclusive, fully paid, worldwide license to use, copy,
perform, display, and distribute such information and content and to prepare
derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such information and
content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing.

Singles Delight has the full rights to reject or
delete any profiles with invalid email address submitted by members upon
registration.
4. Non Commercial Use By Members. This website is for the personal use
of individual members only and may not be used in connection with any commercial
endeavours. Organizations, companies, businesses and/or individuals may not use
the services or the website for any commercial purposes unless they are
authorised by Singles Delight to do so. Illegal and/or unauthorised
uses of the website, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of
members by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited
email and unauthorised framing of or linking to the website will be
investigated, and appropriate legal action will be taken, including without
limitation, civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.
Note: If you find that your email address has been abused by
any member/participant through the course of using our services, please report
him/ her at abuse@singlesdelight.com.
5. Member's Conduct. You undertake to conduct yourself with the best integrity while utilizing Single Delight's services and attending its activities/events. Please note that Singles
Delight reserves the rights to ban
and/or remove any members/participants from all of Single Delight's services, activities and events if his/her behaviours and action are detrimental to other members/participants and/or Singles
Delight (www.singlesdelight.com).
6. Disclaimers. Singles Delight (www.singlesdelight.com) is not
responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate content posted on the website or in
connection with the service, whether caused by owner or users of the website, members or
by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the
service. Singles Delight is not responsible for the conduct, whether online or
offline, of any users of the website or members of the service. Singles Delight
assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion,
defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft
or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user or member
communications. Singles Delight is not responsible for any problems or technical
malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers
or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on
account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any
website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to users and/or
members or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from
participating or downloading materials in connection with the web and/or in
connection with the service. Under no circumstances will Singles Delight be
responsible for any loss or damage, including personal injury or death,
resulting from anyone's use of the website or all its service(s), any content
posted on the website or transmitted to members, or any interactions between

disclaims any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

unavailable from time to time for maintenance or other reasons. No advice or

through or from the service shall create any warranty not expressly stated

be liable to you or any third person for any indirect, consequential, exemplary,
incidental, special or punitive damages, including also lost profits arising

been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify and hold Singles Delight (www.singlesdelight.com), affiliates, agents, other partners and
owner, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including
reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of
your use of the service in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a
breach of this Agreement and/or any breach of your representations and
warranties set forth above.
9. Singles Delight reserves the rights to revise, append and make
modifications to Single Delight's terms and conditions for members/participants
using its services, activities and events from time to time.
